[ Mercury, for his part, downs the rest of his drink and signals the bartender to bring another. A pause, as he glances from Pyrrha's drink to her face. ]

[ Her good mood has soured somewhat. ]

[ He shrugs as the bartender goes to fix their next round, leaning an elbow against the bar for a moment. ]

People suck sometimes.
